Rental Policy & Rate

The apartment is available by the week only, beginning and ending on Saturdays from June until the end of September for the 2008 season.
The rate for the apartment is $995.00 per week plus an 8%NH lodging tax.
We also require an additional $100.00 cleaning fee which is not subject to tax.
A security deposit of $400.00 is also required on a separate check and returned to you within 14 days providing the contract has been honored in full.
One half of the total amount including applicable tax is required plus the security deposit to secure a reservation.
The remaining half, applicable tax and cleaning fee of $100.00 is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations will be accepted for one half of the total stay including applicable tax, cleaning fee and security deposit providing it is done prior to14 days of the arrival date. All other deposits will not be refunded.

Restrictions

We can only allow for a total of 4 people to occupy the apartment.
We do not allow smoking in the apartment at any time.
We do not allow subletting.
We cannot allow for any pets to occupy the apartment at any time.
We do now allow for parties to be held in the apartment at any time without specific approval in writing from the owner.
