Joanne Nichols, owner of the Arbor Inn Bed and Breakfast is getting ready to launch a new Internet baking company along with her daughter Michelle Kroitzsh and step daughter Heather Mann in the early fall of 2007.Joanne, being an award winning baker and previous owner of a fine dining restaurant, catering company and bakery/cafe', is gearing up to offer some of the finest baked products you can find, delivered directly to your door.

Joanne Nichols
Joanne Nichols has had diverse professional work experiences. In her earlier years, she was a manager of a woman's retail store including marketing, advertising and merchandising. She later became an accountant and worked for various corporations over a 15 year time frame. Her true passion however, has been food and particularly baking and fine wedding cakes. This is where her entrepreneurial awakening began. She left behind the corporate world to embark on a new career and opened a specialty cake company. Her company flourished and with many pastry awards behind her, opened a catering company, fine dining restaurant and then a bakery/cafe'.
The past 9 years Joanne has owned and operated the Arbor Inn Bed and Breakfast and Vacation Home with much success. Her bed and breakfast guests have continually raved about her desserts and have encouraged her to make them more available to the general public. Her love for baking and entrepreneurial spirit has called upon her once again to create an inovative Internet baking company to be launched in the fall of 2007.
Michelle Kroitzsh
Michelle Kroitzsh was born into the world of high quality,creative food. Her father having been a chef and mother owning a fine dining restaurant, bakery and catering company, she had no choice but to learn how to cook early on. Her early experiences with her mother's companies sparked a sense of hard work, motivation and most importantly her entrepeneurial spirit.
Michelle attended UNH for Marketing, and gained experience in the fields of sales, marketing and high end corporate event planning. Having come full circle, she has teamed up with her mother Joanne and step sister Heather to bring to you what she hopes to be the finest dessert company on the web.
Heather Mann
Heather is the technical side of the picture. With over 15 years experience in IT, and a passion for all things web, adding her skills to those of Joanne and Michelle rounds out the team well.
Heather is also a self professed 'foodie' and holds a degree in Small Business Catering from TAFE in Sydney Australia where she lived for 11 years with her equally tech & food obsessed Australian husband.
Currently Heather is pursuing a Bachelor of Internet Studies from Curtin University in Perth Australia.
