General Policies

• All room rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to an 8% New Hampshire rooms tax
• Summer rates apply to all holiday weeks
• Extra person in room add $25.00 per night per room
• Stays of seven days or more will receive a 10% discount
• A non-smoking environment
• Check in time is 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made
• Check out time is 11:00 am
• We cannot allow pets. However, we can make arrangements for your pet locally

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit of your entire stay is required in advance
• Reservations without deposit will not be held
• All reservations require a 50% deposit of your entire stay in advance
• For one night stays, payment in full is required prior to arrival
• If you arrive after the first day, or depart before the last day of your reservation, you will be responsible for the entire reservation
• We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, personal and business checks in US currency, travelers checks and cash
• Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date. All other cancellations will only be refunded if we are able to rent the room(s) to another party for the same time-frame
• There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all refunds
