Restrictions

• No more than 10 people may occupy the house to stay over night at any time
• We cannot allow for large parties or receptions due to the quiet rural nature of the neighborhood
• There is no smoking allowed inside the house at anytime
• We cannot allow pets to occupy the premises at any time
• Subletting is not permitted
• Parking must be kept within the driveway/parking area and not spill over onto the street
• Arrivals begin on Saturdays at 4:00 PM EST. Departures must vacate by Saturday at 11:00 AM EST

Policy

• All rates are subject to an 8% NH lodging tax
• A $500.00 security deposit and non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay, is required to secure your reservation
• The remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival
• Reservations made within 30 days will require a $500.00 security deposit plus payment in full to secure your reservation
• If you must cancel and have already paid for your stay in full, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of your stay, providing you have cancelled within 14 days of your occupancy date
• Cancellations less than 14 days will not receive a refund
• All cancellations are entitled to a full refund of their security deposit
• Your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date providing the house is left in good condition
• Violation of these terms will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit
• You will be sent a Lease Contract and Policy for signature soon after your reservation request
• There is a $250.00 cleaning fee applied to the last and final payment.
