Welcome to the Arbor Inn!

We're Jim and Joanne Nichols, owners of the Arbor Inn Room Rentals and Vacation Home Rental property.

Joanne has been running the Inn as a successful Bed and Breakfast business for 12 years. She has opened a new bakery & cafe named The Chatterbox Bakery, located in Augusta, Maine on September 1, 2010. She will no longer be offering bed and breakfast service to the public due to her time restraints.

We are now offering affordable luxury room rentals for longer term boarders from mid-September to mid-June. This self catered boarding opportunity is all inclusive with full use of the gourmet kitchen and all common areas of the Inn. See "Room Rentals" for all details.
